The ServiceMaster Clean Difference:
Quality Workmanship
Putting a home or office back together is not a task for just anyone. Would you place the structural integrity or code compliance of your property into the hands of an amateur? Some things should be handled by professionals, which is why we take pride in our many years of experience and our wealth of relationships with quality subcontractors. Our goal is to return your property to its original state or better, so that it retains its value for many years to come.
We communicate with you from beginning to end. Many companies get you to sign papers, make a mess, then won't show up for days at a time. We are not that company. We understand that you are inconvenienced, if not completely put out of your home or office during this phase of restoration. We want to keep you informed of our progress and prepared for what to expect every step of the way. Many times, as the property owner, you will be choosing fixtures, flooring, paint colors, etc. to your taste during the course of the reconstruction process. We want you to be involved in this process.
Construction can be a messy, dusty process. Whenever possible, we try to protect the surfaces and contents in your home from being damaged or soiled by dust and other construction materials. Even with this effort, things get dirty, but we will not leave your home in this state. Our job is not finished until we have cleaned up our workspaces of trash, debris, and dust. We are a cleaning company after all.
